QACs feature a patented screw-assembly system with 80% fewer parts than welded alternatives, enabling tool-free disassembly and 95% material recovery. The frame uses cold-formed galvanized steel (yield strength ≥345MPa), paired with 50mm-thick rock wool sandwich panels (thermal conductivity ≤0.032W/m·K). Flooring consists of 18mm-thick PVC or vinyl planks with anti-slip coatings, while roofing incorporates double-layer waterproof membranes. Each unit includes pre-wired electrical systems (compliant with IEC 60364 standards) and optional solar panels. The design achieves a wind load capacity of 0.85kN/㎡, exceeding international building codes by 25%.
